100% Casein Protein

Applied Nutrition 100% Casein Protein is a protein powder based on micellar casein, ideal for consumption before bedtime. Made from 100% grass-fed cows and formulated with premium ingredients. It also contains the patented ingredients DigeZyme® and LactoSpore®.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 scoops (30 grams) with 500 ml of water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid, the thicker the shake). Shake well and consume. For optimal results, take preferably just before bedtime, but it can also be taken between meals or 2–3 times per day.
Scoops are estimates only – using a scale is recommended.
