Usage & Dosage
Take 2 capsules before physical activity. During prolonged training, take 1 capsule every 20–30 minutes. The maximum daily dose is 5 capsules. Take with sufficient water.

Does not replace a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
