Pump 3G
Applied Nutrition Pump 3G is a pre-workout powder formulated with Citrulline Malate 2:1, AAKG, Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine, Taurine, L-Tyrosine, and Caffeine. It also contains Bioperine®, as well as vitamins B3 and B12, along with sodium and salt equivalents.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 serving of 15 grams (2 scoops) with 200 ml of cold water, 30 minutes before training, and consume immediately.
Scoop sizes are estimates; using a scale is recommended.
