Use & Dosage
Mix a dose of 15 grams (½ scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink about 30 minutes before physical activity. The maximum daily dose is 15 grams. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a maximum temperature of 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
