N1 – Pre-Workout
Nutrend N1 is a pre-workout supplement containing a blend of ingredients including beta-alanine, creatine, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. This combination is designed to prepare you for intense training sessions.

Use & Dosage
For body weight up to 75 kg and for sensitive users: mix 8.5 grams with 150 ml of water.
For body weight over 75 kg or during intense training: mix 17 grams with 300 ml of water.
Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Warnings
Food supplement with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (200 mg per 17 g / 100 mg per 8.5 g). After opening, store at a maximum temperature of 25 °C and use within 3 months. Due to the high concentration of active ingredients, undissolved particles may remain after mixing—this is a natural characteristic of the product and not a defect. Does not replace a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Storage Advice
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage. For expiration date and batch number, see the label.

Additional Information
The mild tingling sensation on the lips is caused by Bioperine® (95% piperine extract from black pepper). This effect typically disappears within 15 minutes. A light tingling or itching sensation is also a common response to the active ingredients.
