Usage & Dosage
Take a maximum of 1 capsule of Multivitamin Compressed Caps and 1 capsule of Multimineral Compressed Caps per day. Follow the recommended dosage, swallow the capsules with sufficient water. Milk and alcoholic beverages are not suitable. Do not chew the capsules!

Warnings
Food supplement. Multivitamin Compressed Caps contain caffeine (8 mg per capsule) – not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use on an empty stomach. Use of other products containing green tea should not exceed 800 mg EGCG per day. Keep out of reach of children.
