Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Do not take with meals. Consume at least 1 hour before a meal. Do not take a dose within 6 hours of bedtime. Use only as directed.

Warnings

Contains a high dose of caffeine (175 mg/1 capsule). Not intended for children or individuals sensitive to caffeine. Not intended for children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children. Consumers who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a physician or pharmacist before using this product. The maximum daily dose of this product contains 350 mg of caffeine. Be mindful of other sources of caffeine such as medications, foods, or beverages while using this product. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use in combination with alcohol. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
