Usage & Dosage

The adult dosage is one (1) liquid capsule in the morning and one (1) liquid capsule in the afternoon between meals. Do not take with food. Never exceed more than 1 liquid capsule per serving or the recommended daily dosage. Do not take within 6 hours before bedtime. Use only as directed.

Warnings

Contains a high dose of caffeine (175 mg/1 capsule). Not suitable for individuals sensitive to caffeine. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Storage Instructions
