Usage & Dosage

Dosage for adults: 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the afternoon between meals. Do not take with food. Do not take more than 3 capsules per serving or exceed the recommended daily amount. Do not take within 6 hours before bedtime. Use only as directed.

Warnings

Contains a high dose of caffeine (200 mg/3 capsules). Not suitable for individuals sensitive to caffeine. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Storage Instructions
