Usage & Dosage
For users weighing 72 kg (160 lbs) or less: take 1 scoop mixed with 240 ml (8 oz) of water, 30 minutes before training.
For users over 72 kg: take 1–2 scoops mixed with 240–360 ml (8–12 oz) of water, 30 minutes before training.
Do not exceed 2 scoops per serving. Use within 3 months after opening.

Warnings
This product is intended for healthy adults 18 years of age or older.
Do not use this product if you are taking medication for erectile dysfunction. Do not consume additional nitrates in the form of supplements or medication along with this product. Consult a physician before use, especially if you are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications or have, or suspect you may have, a medical condition, including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, heart rhythm disorders, stroke, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, epilepsy, psychiatric conditions, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate, or if you are taking a MAOI (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor) or any other medications.
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reaction to this product.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Discontinue use two weeks before any surgical procedure.
Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing.
