Glutamine – Amino Acid Supplement
Nutrend Glutamine contains pure L-glutamine in powder form. L-glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids in skeletal muscles.

Usage & Dosage

Training days: The standard daily dose is 5 g after training. An additional 5 g can be taken in the evening before bedtime.

Non-training days: You may either pause use or continue with a dose of 5 g twice daily. Take the final dose in the evening before bedtime.

1 level scoop = approximately 5 g. Measure according to the recommended dosage and mix with a sports drink. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and use within 4 months.
