Critical Whey

Applied Nutrition Critical Whey is developed using a unique blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and hydrolyzed whey protein. Whey protein concentrate is produced using ultra-filtration technology and contains high levels of protein and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). Whey protein isolate is a premium quality protein obtained through cross-flow microfiltration. Hydrolyzed whey protein is a pre-digested protein that has been enzymatically broken down into peptides.

Directions for Use

Mix 2 scoops (30 grams) of protein powder with 250–500 ml of water or milk and shake well. Consume immediately after training or throughout the day on non-training days.
Scoops are estimates only – using a scale is recommended for accuracy.
