Applied Nutrition Critical Greens is packed with 17 super green extracts, including broccoli, celery, spinach, wheatgrass, and kale powder – a super convenient way to get your daily dose of greens. Our Critical Blend can easily be added to your protein shake, fruit smoothie, or mixed with water for a fresh, natural taste.

Directions for Use

Mix 1 level scoop (5 g) with 250 ml of cold water, fruit juice, or your favorite smoothie. The recommended daily serving is 1 portion.
Do not consume more than 800 mg EGCG per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach.
Scoops are estimates only – for accurate dosing, a scale is recommended.
