Nutrend Creatine Monohydrate Creapure® provides 3.5 grams of Creapure® monohydrate per serving. Designed for athletes looking to support their physical performance during short, high-intensity efforts. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 grams of creatine.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 3.5 g (approx. ¾ scoop) into a drink. Use no more than once per day. It is recommended to combine with carbohydrates (e.g., gainers). Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a maximum temperature of 25 °C and consume within 6 months.
