Use & Dosage
Maximum daily dose: 10 ml. Take one dose in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Intended for direct consumption or to mix with water or a sports drink. Milk or alcoholic beverages are not suitable for preparation. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and use within 4 months.
