C4 Original - Pre workout

Cellucor C4 Original is one of the most well-known pre-workouts worldwide. It contains a blend of vitamins, amino acids, creatine, caffeine, and the patented CarnoSyn®.

Usage & Dosage

Take one daily serving (1 full scoop of powder, using the provided scoop in the packaging) of C4® Original mixed with 150-200 ml of water, 20-30 minutes before training.

High caffeine content (150 mg/6.8 grams). Not a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children under 18 years, pregnant or breastfeeding women. This product is only intended for healthy adults aged 18 or older.
