BCAA Liquid
Nutrend BCAA Liquid contains the essential branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine in liquid form. Each liter contains 80,000 mg of BCAA for rapid absorption and delivery to the muscles.

Usage & Dosage
For maintenance of muscle mass: 40 ml, 30-60 minutes before training.
For recovery: 40 ml immediately after training.
