Applied Nutrition ABE Shot is a convenient pre-workout supplement in liquid shot form, formulated with a blend of ingredients to help prepare you for training.

Usage & Dosage

Shake well before use. Consume one 60 ml shot daily, preferably before a workout.

Warnings

High caffeine content (200 mg/60 ml). Beta-alanine may cause a tingling sensation.
Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
